This promise is backed by our 90 Day Serta Comfort Assurance.

Warranty Claim

Because we strongly believe in the quality, design and craftsmanship of our products, Serta products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.
If you observe a product defect, please contact the Serta dealer from which you purchased the product.

You must, within the duration of the warranty, ensure all labelling remains on your mattress and/or base, retain your proof of purchase/store receipt (including date of purchase) and be the original consumer purchaser.

If it is found that the product is defective in workmanship or materials, your Serta mattress and/or base will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion), as detailed in the Serta Warranty Brochure.
